Orion and Taurus, not just a drinking horn.
Beautiful combination of Taurus and Orion if you can see the symbolism.
The last aurochs drinking horns framed in silver was made in Poland (? or in Nuremberg) in 16th century (1534) and given as a gift by Stanislaw Boner – a top royal administrator of the Wieliczka salt mine – to the Brotherhood of Salt Miners (a kind of a trade union of the time). The horn, adorned with silver rings with royal coats of arms and ‘logo’ of the Brotherhood, resting on the stand in a form of Hercules.
Currently the horn is presented in Salt Mine Museum in Krakow.
